· Handling customer complaint related processes.
o Updating the customer complaint log.
o Conducting brainstorming with cross functional teams for providing CAPA.
o Completing complaint investigation reports.
· Log Internal complaints and provide corresponding CAPAs
· Completion of all design requirements as and when the new designs are introduced as per 21CFR.
· Supporting marketing in the customer queries.
· Updating the Technical file as per the changes in requirements.
· Risk assessment, usability reviews as and when changes are in process.
· Half yearly review of the standards applicable to MEIL for any changes.
· Assisting in New projects initiated by MEIL or customer.
· Updating RMMS.
· B.Tech/B. Pharma/M.Sc with 5-7 yrs of experience in Quality Assurance.
· Knowledge of Quality Management Systems /ISO 13485, 21 CFR820..
· Fair communication skills and computers skills, able to work with basic MS office
· Experience in Medical device Industry.
· Team Management skill in absence of Supervisor.
