• C4C Support - Functional Consultant
• Client facing
Travel requirement : Some to the sites for the same client (approx. 4 times a month in NCR region and 6 times a year outside NCR region)
• Timely resolution of tickets.
• Patch deployment, build new developments objects
• Coordination with C4C technical consultant for all issue resolution related support - to & fro
• Discussion with customer on new requirement
• Managing the entire lifecyle of new development - Requirement Gathering, Solution Designing, testing, deployment and End user Support.
• Ensuring all the 3 systems (Test tenant, Quality and Production are in sync)
• Ensuring compliance to Standard operating Procedure (SOP)
• Housekeeping / cleanup activities
• Functional experience of 4+ years
• Min 2+ years of hands-on experience in C4C (certification preferred but not a must)
• Additional 3-4 years in CRM
• Good communication skills (verbal, written)
• Confident and presentable
• Educational qualification : Not specific
• ITIL exposure would be good.
