Job specifications & Key performance Indicators:
• Identify the Potential New Key Accounts in the Territory.
• Business procure from these new accounts.
• Build a strong relationship with the existing Key Accounts of the Company.
• Repeat Business from these existing accounts.
• Professionally socializing with the important and key persons.
• Organising Seminars and Product Road Shows in the designated accounts / territory.
• At least Two such activities every month.
• Strong Marketing activities like mailers and telecalling in the handled accounts.
• Availability of Account directories and e-mail addresses of all the key customers.
• Overachieving Assigned Revenue Targets Monthly Sales Reviews
• Daily Weekly and Monthly updating of reports in ERP System.
• Ongoing review in Sales Meeting.
Qualifications Key Competencies Required :
• Engineering Degree in Computers/ Electronics and Communications from a good institute.
• MBA Preferred.
• 3+ Years’ experience in the Broadcast Industry preferred.
• Experience in AV industry is also acceptable.
• Presentable, good English & regional language communication skills,
• Only male candidates preferred, open to travel
Salary : 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 P.A As per rules of Industry
